Safety, Standards & Compliance

At Fetii, the safety of our riders, drivers, and the communities we serve is our highest priority. This page outlines our mandatory compliance policies. Failure to adhere to these standards by any Driver or Customer results in immediate platform deactivation.
I. Zero-Tolerance Substance Policy
Fetii maintains a strict Zero-Tolerance policy regarding the use of alcohol or drugs by Drivers providing Services.
Prohibited Conduct: Drivers are strictly prohibited from consuming or being under the influence of any intoxicant, including alcohol, illegal drugs, or prescription medication that impairs the ability to operate a vehicle safely, while logged into the Fetii Platform.
Reporting a Driver: If you suspect your Driver is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, please require the Driver to END THE TRIP IMMEDIATELY.
Immediate Deactivation: Upon receiving a credible passenger report of suspected substance use, Fetii will immediately suspend the Driver's access to the platform pending a full investigation.
Contact: Report incidents immediately to support@fetii.com or through the emergency contact feature in the Fetii App.
II. Non-Discrimination Policy
Fetii is committed to providing a marketplace free from harassment and discrimination. Fetii strictly prohibits Drivers and Customers from engaging in discriminatory conduct.
Protected Categories: Discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, religious belief or affiliation, sex (including gender identity), disability, age, or sexual orientation is strictly prohibited.
Geographic Discrimination: Drivers are prohibited from discriminating against potential Customers based on their pickup or drop-off location or destination.
Enforcement: Any user (Driver or Customer) found to have engaged in discriminatory behavior will be permanently banned from the Fetii Platform.
III. ADA Compliance & Service Animal Policy
Fetii fully complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and similar state laws.
Service Animals: Drivers have a legal obligation to provide Service to a potential Customer with a service animal.
No Extra Fees: Drivers may not charge extra fees or deny service to riders traveling with service animals.
Accessibility: We encourage Drivers to assist passengers with disabilities to the fullest extent of their physical capability and safety.
Report Violations: Any denial of service based on the presence of a service animal should be reported to support@fetii.com for immediate investigation and platform deactivation of the offending party.
IV. Firearms & Weapons Policy
To ensure a safe environment for all, Fetii prohibits riders, their guests, and Drivers from carrying firearms or weapons of any kind while using the Fetii Platform.
TSA Exception: The only exception is the transport of a firearm in accordance with TSA rules: the firearm must be unloaded and locked in a hard-sided container in the vehicle's trunk.
Violation: Failure to comply with this policy is grounds for permanent account deactivation.
V. Security Recording Disclosure
FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL PARTIES, VEHICLES ACCESSED VIA THE FETII PLATFORM MAY BE EQUIPPED WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDING EQUIPMENT.
Consent: By using our Services, you and your guests consent to being recorded.
Data Security: Recordings are used solely for safety, security, and quality assurance and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
VI. Reporting & Law Enforcement
Fetii cooperates with law enforcement agencies to ensure the safety of our network.
Incidents: For any emergency, always dial 911 first.
Platform Reports: After ensuring your safety, please report any safety violations or accidents to Fetii support immediately.
