Fetii, Inc., and its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Fetii," "we," "our," and/or "us") values the privacy of individuals who use our application and websites (collectively, the "Fetii Platform"), as well as our transportation and/or other services (collectively, our "Services"). This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use, and share information from Fetii subscribers as well as any other persons who access the Fetii Platform or use our Services ("you" and/or "your"). This Privacy Policy also covers information collected from any individual whose information is provided to us by a subscriber/Customer in connection with a trip.

By accessing the Fetii Platform and/or using our Services, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Please contact us immediately if you have questions regarding our practices with respect to your information.

I. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide to Us

Your Profile Information

When you use the Fetii Platform to create an account or place an order, you give us your name, address, email address, phone number, photograph, login name and password, and billing information (including any credit card numbers and expiration dates). As you utilize the Fetii Platform and our Services, you may also provide preferences and settings that you enable for your Fetii account.

We may collect both "Personal Information" and "Anonymous Information" about you when you use the Fetii Platform.

Personal Information is information that can be used to contact or identify you, such as your full name, email address, phone number, payment method and profile picture, as well as information that is linked to such information.

Anonymous Information is information that cannot be used to contact or identify you and is not linked to information that can be used to do so. It includes passively collected information about your activities on our Service, such as usage data, to the extent that information is not linked to your Personal Information.

Communications With Fetii

We may collect information that you submit when you contact our Fetii support team, provide ratings or compliments for Drivers, or otherwise contact us. For example when you request a ride or delivery we receive your requested pickup and dropoff location as well as any notes you provide for your Driver.

Identity Permissions

• Email ID: We request access to your email ID for login purposes and to communicate important information regarding your account.
• NAME: We request access to your name to personalise your experience and provide you with relevant information.
• SMS: We request access to your SMS for OTP verification to ensure the security of your account.

Location Permissions

• Fine Location: We request access to your fine location to create rides and provide you with accurate location-based services.
• Background Location: We use background location access to track your location for ride purposes even when the app is closed, ensuring a seamless experience.

B. Information We Collect From You When You Use the Fetii Platform or Services

ALL DRIVERS, CUSTOMERS, AND OTHER PERSONS WITHIN FETII VEHICLES (INCLUDING MINORS) MAY BE VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDED AT ALL TIMES. PERSONS OUTSIDE OF AN FETII VEHICLE BUT WITHIN ITS IMMEDIATE VICINITY MAY ALSO BE RECORDED.

Security Recordings

We may video and audio record persons inside of our Fetii Vehicles through cameras equipped within our vehicles. Recordings of trips initiated within Fetii vehicles (each, a "Security Recording") may be uploaded to a secure cloud server through our third party service partner Lytx. Each person that enters into an Fetii Vehicle acknowledges and agrees:

• that they may be recorded (both video and audio) at all times during a trip and its immediate aftermath
• that Fetii is the sole and undisputed owner of all Security Recordings
• that while Fetii reserves the right to record, it does not guarantee that any specific trip or interaction will be recorded or that such recordings will be retained.

Guest Notification & Indemnity

Subscribers who invite third parties ("Guests") into a Fetii vehicle represent and warrant that they have notified such Guests of these recording practices. The Subscriber hereby provides consent on behalf of such Guests to be recorded. Subscriber agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Fetii harmless from any claims by Guests alleging a lack of notice or consent regarding video/audio recording.

Call and Text Information

We work with a third party partner to facilitate phone calls and text messages between our Customers and Drivers. Information received includes date, time, phone numbers, and the content of SMS messages. For security purposes, we may also monitor and/or record the contents of phone calls made on the Fetii Platform. You hereby consent to the monitoring and recording of these communications.

C. Information We Collect from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party services (Facebook), payment partners (Braintree, Stripe), and enterprise programs. Stripe and Braintree/PayPal SDKs may use location data for fraud detection and security purposes in a transparent manner.

II. How We Use the Information We Collect

We use the information to:

• Register and administer your account.
• Provide, improve, and promote the Fetii Platform.
• Connect Customers to our Drivers.
• Find and prevent fraud.
• Respond to trust and safety issues and government requests.

Research, Development, and AI Training

We may use the information we collect, including personal, device, location, and usage data, to research, develop, and improve our Services and technology, including artificial intelligence (AI) models. User License to Fetii: By using our Services, you grant Fetii a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, process, analyze, reproduce, and create derivative works from your information for these purposes.

III. Sharing and Disclosure

We share information between Customers and Drivers (Name, Photo, Pickup Location) and with API/Integration partners. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction as permitted by law.

VI. Your Choices

• Email/Text: You can unsubscribe from promotional messages.
• Location: Disabling location sharing will prevent us from providing Services.
• No Mobile Sharing: Fetii Inc. will not share your mobile information with third-parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

VII. Limitation of Liability and Arbitration

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fetii and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the unauthorized access to or use of your information. Any dispute arising under this Privacy Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration as set forth in the Fetii Terms of Service.
