We operate under the City of Dallas' transportation guidelines using the Fetii app. Our fare structure is transparent and based on factors such as distance, time, and demand. Our base rate is $150/hr. Riders can view the estimated fare before confirming their trip within the Fetii app.
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding intoxicating substances for all drivers operating on the platform. Drivers found under the influence of alcohol or drugs while on duty will be immediately removed from the platform. If you suspect a driver is under the influence, please contact Fetii support and report the issue to the City of Dallas using the information below.
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAV) are available upon request. We partner with third-party providers to ensure ADA-compliant transportation. To request a WAV, please contact support through the app or using the contact information.
To report a complaint regarding a ride, please contact the City of Dallas by dialing 3-1-1 or submit a report through the city's 311 mobile app or website. Reference the operating authority number when submitting your complaint.
