You will work directly with the CEO to build Fetii Media into the ultimate media company. We are backed by Y Combinator, Mark Cuban, TV Exec Barry Poznick, and others looking to build a $1B+ company. This is not a typical marketing job, it’s a creative-founder role inside Fetii. You’ll own the vision, execution, and growth of Fetii’s entire content ecosystem.
Your mission: Turn big ideas into reality, launch new media channels, forge celebrity/influencer partnerships, and manage and scale a lean but powerful creative team. If you’re an experienced creative operator who thinks like a founder and thrives in chaos and hustle, this is for you.
- Define and own Fetii Media’s strategy and roadmap with the CEO
- Conceptualize and pitch bold, original content ideas that resonate
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in culture and media
- Develop and produce original formats: series, shorts, podcasts, live events
- Create content plans that leverage influencers, athletes, artists, celebrities
- Lead creative brainstorms and manage ideation-to-execution pipelines
- Identify and secure collabs with high-profile talent and creators
- Build a network of production partners, agencies, and freelancers
- Bring in external creators to develop for Fetii Media
- Manage budgets and timelines with a founder’s mindset (i.e., no waste)
- Ensure high-quality, on-brand storytelling across all content
- Recruit, manage, and inspire Fetii’s media and marketing team
- Build and enforce clear processes without killing creativity
- Cultivate a hard-charging, mission-driven, entrepreneurial culture
- Proven track record in launching or scaling a media property, content brand, or creative agency
- Hands-on experience developing content with or for major influencers, celebrities, or artists
- Experience leading content strategy and production across video, audio, and social
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, ideally founder experience or equivalent
- Talent for recruiting, managing, and inspiring creatives
- Founder’s mentality: you take extreme ownership

Fetii is a group rideshare platform that utilizes a network of 15-passenger vans to transport groups and businesses on-demand. Fetii aims to remove unnecessary vehicles off of the road and decongest cities across the world. Fetii has transported over 617,000 passengers, removed over 130,000 unnecessary vehicles, and is operating in 3 cities.
